This Terms of Use Agreement ("Agreement") outlines the rules and conditions governing the use of all products and services provided by Voldi. By accessing or using Voldi services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Agreement.

1. Parties

This Agreement is made between Voldi (the service provider) and the user who utilizes the services.

2. Scope of Service

Voldi provides e-commerce infrastructure, management panels, integration services, and digital development solutions. The scope of service may vary depending on the package type, additional modules, or custom developments.

3. Terms of Use

• The user agrees to use Voldi services for lawful purposes only.

• The user is responsible for maintaining the security of their account.

• Unauthorized modifications of the infrastructure or software provided by Voldi are strictly prohibited.

• Misuse of services may result in restricted access or suspension.

4. Pricing and Payments

• All packages and services are offered at designated prices.

• Failure to complete payments may result in service suspension.

• Voldi reserves the right to update prices or package contents when necessary.

5. Integrations and Third-Party Systems

Voldi connects with third-party systems such as Trendyol, Hepsiburada, N11, and various virtual POS providers; however, it is not responsible for issues that arise from these external services.

6. Data Security and Privacy

• User data is protected in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

• Voldi does not share user information without consent.

• Software, server, and infrastructure security are maintained with regular updates.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

• Voldi's infrastructure, software, designs, and materials are protected by copyright.

• Users may not copy, distribute, or commercially exploit VOLDI-owned content.

8. Service Interruptions

Voldi is not liable for interruptions caused by hosting providers or third-party services but will take necessary action to resolve technical issues promptly.

9. Changes to the Agreement

Voldi reserves the right to update this Agreement. Changes become effective once published.

10. Termination

• Users may terminate the service at any time.

• Voldi may terminate the Agreement unilaterally if the user violates any terms.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Any disputes shall be handled by the Courts and Enforcement Offices of Konya.

By accepting this Agreement, you agree to use Voldi services responsibly, lawfully, and in accordance with all stated terms.
