Quick Order Module

The Quick Order Module allows administrators or authorized dealer groups to place orders on behalf of another user from a single screen.

  • The module can only be used by administrators or authorized dealer groups.
  • A shopping cart can be easily created on a single screen with AJAX-supported search.
  • Products can be added by scanning barcodes with a phone camera.
  • Sub-dealers can place orders on behalf of their customers and earn commissions.
  • Addresses for any user can be added or edited.
  • Dealers authorized by the administrator to change prices can adjust cart prices during ordering.

The Quick Order Module allows the admin or authorized dealer groups to place an order on behalf of another user from a single screen.

  • 1. In the "User" menu, create a new dealer group from the "Dealer Groups" panel and grant the group the "Can create quick orders" permission.
  • 2. If you want them to change prices, enable the "Can change prices" and/or "Can offer lower prices" permissions.
  • 3. Assign the user with order creation permission to this dealer group.
  • 4. The "Create Quick Order" option will now be active in the menu for the assigned user on the site.
